Which North York neighbourhoods do you photograph?
All of them. We shoot regularly in Willowdale, Bayview Village, Don Mills, York Mills, Hoggs Hollow and the Bridle Path, plus the condo towers along the Yonge corridor from Sheppard up to Finch. North York is about 30 to 40 minutes from our Mississauga base via Highways 403 and 401, so same-week bookings are normal.
My Willowdale condo looks like every other unit in the building. Can photography actually make it stand out?

How do you handle access and parking for shoots in the Yonge and Sheppard condo towers?
We coordinate with the concierge or property management before the shoot and book the service elevator where the building requires it. Visitor parking at most North York Centre towers is limited, so we confirm parking or a loading dock slot with your building in advance, and a standard condo suite shoot takes about 60 to 90 minutes on site.
