What is a Floor Plan Service?
A floor plan service is when you hire us (the professionals 
) to come into the home/property and take accurate measurements of your property. Our service is a little different from the traditional methods that you might be used to. Traditionally, a tape measure or a laser measure would be used to capture the measurements of a home. You will not see our techs on site with lasers but you will see them with a camera. This is because we use Matterport’s technology to get our measurements.
We will measure the property internally wall-to-wall by scanning the area with the Matterport camera. We will then take the measurements from this scan and generate a 2D schematic floor. You will receive your real estate floor plans within 24 hours after the scan. We deliver each individual floor in PNG format as a separate file. All floors are delivered together in one PDF ready to be uploaded onto your MLS listing.
